How do I print on campus? Where can I print on campus?

Where can I print in the library? How much does it cost to print in the library? How do I pay for printing? Where can I print for free?

Answer

Printing and copying is now FREE to students at all campus printing locations!

How do I print?

You will need your student network account (Canvas login) information to access printing and copying services. Log into any campus computer workstation with your username and password. Sorry, wireless printing or printing from your own computer/laptop/phone is not available.

At your work station, when you select a print option, you will be prompted to login in to the Equitrac printing system, using your network username and password every time you print. The network username and password is the same as your Canvas, myCabrillo, and WiFi password.

  • The maximum number of pages you can print at once is 30 pages single-sided, 15 pages double-sided.
  • You can send multiple jobs if your print job is longer than 30 pages.
  • Please help us to be kind to the environment and avoid waste! Do not print more than what you need at one time (i.e. do not print entire books at once).
  • Color printing is available in the CTC locations in both Aptos and Watsonville.

A dialog box will come up showing how many pages you will print. Once you click on “Accept” you are responsible for picking up your print job promptly.
